Client's Outlook kept crashing, so I created a new profile. Problem solved I tried a Quick repair then an Online Repair of the Office that'd been downloaded and installed from GoDaddy, the client's Office vendor Also tried a full uninstall then reinstall to no avail.

Spent a lot of time with GoDaddy tech support trying a variety of things. All was in order. They verified the client's license was in order.

Since they couldn't find anything wrong, they said it was a local machine problem no kidding! Given the amount of software installed on this computer the owner of a small accounting firm it'd almost be better to buy a new computer!

You might want to try removing the O user settings. It should reset the local licensing to blank, which should allow you to sign in correctly. This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
